I have a bedroom available that is connected to the balcony. You would also have your own bathroom and there is a washer and dryer in unit. There is a fitness center, two pools, and a jacuzzi on as well as parking. Utilities included in price. We are near Boulder Hwy and Gibson. It is gated. More photos coming soon, I have a desk and a daybed in the room as well as wall decor, all of which will be removed. (You can keep the daybed if needed) There is a spacious closet as well.
