Hi there, I'm Kat! I'm a nonprofit worker, WFH. Looking for one roommate (female, nonbinary, or LGBTQ) to rent the finished, furnished basement (just needs a mattress) of bungalow home in Sugar House, SLC. No kids or dogs, I have a sweet senior cat and senior bunny. Open to roommate having a cat as well.

Utilities same each month including high speed GoogleFi internet. Deposit is refundable. Looking for short-term, or month-to-month. Open to longer term if it's a good fit! Background check required, income must be two and half times rent.
In unit shared laundry, shared kitchen space, beautiful backyard with covered porch. Entrance to basement off back porch/kitchen. Parking in front of the house is always available. Looking to rent as soon as possible!

Very clean, introverted, chill. I like camping, hiking, painting, reading, hanging with my fur-family. Occasionally have mellow game nights/backyard get togethers with friends and always give a heads up. Looking for someone kind and considerate who will be respectful of the shared space, clean up after themselves, and be mindful of noise.

Non-LDS home, LGBTQIA+, vegan. I always communicate kindly and with respect. Looking for someone emotionally mature who will bring up issues directly if any arise and I will do the same!
