Looking for a friendly roommate

Since I am disabled due to a knee surgery, I'm looking for a single story rental or at least a bedroom on the ground floor.

I have a super friendly ESA dog who loves people of all ages, from newborns to the elderly... like me & my dad.

She has been around cats & gets along well with them & loves to play with other dogs 🐕.

If you like friendly roommates who cook & bake, I'm the one.

I get along with people of all ages (just like my dog). So it doesn't matter if the roommates are young, old, male or female. I have no problem with anyone of any age.

I'm hoping someone will take us in, we are currently staying in a motel (due to unfortunate circumstances) which isn't fun.
