I hope you have some good indoor plans for the weekend, or enjoy playing in the rain :) I am looking for a roommate to move in . Great spot, quiet neighborhood, main bedroom w/en-suite, nice yard, friendly neighbors, easy commute to many stores/highways/old town/DC, but w/ a calmer & less urban feel.
Quiet cul-de-sac, Bath(granite counters). Due to currently occupation, new tenant must be an American citizen(sorry, just alot of paperwork otherwise). Stamped concrete patio, front/backyard w/trees, driveway/street parking. min to Aldis/Safeway/Giant, , min to National Harbor, min to Reagan Airport, min to Old Town & min to Union Station DC.
Plenty of natural light, main floor living(wood fl)/upper sleeping(carpet), spacious living/dining room, eat-in kitchen, stainless appliances, gas stove/oven & 2 sliders leading outside. 3rd bedroom has full-sized futon for guests.
Room: Spacious ' en-suite, walk-in shower, 2 windows & 2 closets. Tenants split basic home upkeep, utilities, trash, yard care/maintenance, etc. Rough guestimate for budgeting utilities ~$/month per tenant & ~$th month per tenant due to water & trash being charged quarterly.
Property management facilitates property & rent. Will co-sign current lease, ending , w/current tenant. 2yr likely available once current lease is up. I would put you in touch w/them directly for credit/BG check & any other requirements they may have.
Current tenant: /M, has enjoyed living in this home for the past 3yrs. Gov employee working F/T M-F, 1 in-door cat(friendly but takes time to warm up). Enjoy relaxing inside & outside, games, fires out back, creating art, grilling, & finding new spots, just to name a few.
New Tenant: F/T employment, no pets, not allergic to cats, no smoking in the home, occasional guest is fine, cleanliness is important, willing to help w/house chores/maintain property, enjoys hanging out as much as having time to themselves.
