NEED ROOMMATE- ASAP!!

I have a Townhome with an extra spare bedroom, private bathroom in a gated community and am looking for a roommate. Utilities are NOT
included in the rent. AND THEY WILL FLUCTUATE MONTHLY!! BUT USUALLY ABOUT A FEW HUNDRED A MONTH FOR EACH OF US!!! You will have access to the whole house, kitchen , laundry room etc. you will have parking pass to be able to park.. .Room is furnished with a bed, little dresser, night stand, big screen tv and bookshelf. But can be removed if have ur own. You will need to buy your own groceries and toiletries etc. but willing to share meals as I cook a lot too. you will have full access to use the entire home with me and my boxer dog. Must be good with and love dogs. ( I prefer not to bring anymore pets into my home but willing to speak about it).
I also work from my home and outside of my home. So must be trustworthy, reliable and VERY VERY CLEAN!. Looking for someone to move in IMMEDIATELY!!! MUST BE VERIFIED BY ALL ITEMS TO BE CONSIDERED! NO COUPLES PLEASE!!! PLEASE ONLY RESPOND IF TRULY INTERESTED!!!
