Rent is around i have the master bedroom and you would take smaller bedroom for /month along with electric bill (average $) and internet ($). Water is included in rent. I have the master bedroom and there is a guest bedroom available. There is a back patio, AC/Heat, In-Unit Laundry, you would have the guest bathroom to yourself. Pets must be under pets per apartment. No aggressive Breeds which include Akita, Great Danes, American Bulldogs, Pit Bulls, Chows, Dobermans, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Malamutes, Mastiffs or ANY mix of those breeds.
