Hey there — I’m Nolan. I’m , working and figuring out my next steps in life. I’m pretty laid back, respectful, and always pay my rent on time. I stay active, I’m usually out and about, and when I’m home, I keep things clean and chill. I’m not a partier, I’m not loud, and I genuinely value a peaceful environment where everyone can feel comfortable.

I’ve lived with family and friends before, so I know how to respect shared spaces, clean up after myself, and communicate if something’s up. Right now, I’m working full-time and budgeting carefully while I build toward my future — whether that’s school, travel, or something else meaningful. I’m not perfect, but I’m trying to build a stable, independent life and get out of survival mode. A safe, chill place to live is a big part of that.
