Hi, I have two rooms for rent in a quiet neighborhood. It’s close to the Causeway and I- in Metairie. I’m looking for two more roommates. One room is already occupied, and we are looking to fill the th room. Rooms are available now. We prefer no indoor pets but we are open to negotiate. It’s a low-crime area. The house is a bath with a large back yard and plenty of parking. The house is fully updated with all modern appliances as well as furniture. The house is spacious and the rooms are large enough for a queen size bed, dresser, and nightstand and each is equipped with a closet. One currently has a full bed and furniture already the other has a queen sized bed. Must be able to pass a background check using KeyCheck. We are not in a rush, I care more about compatibility than anything else. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. More photos upon request. Rent $ includes single occupant room rental only. Additional occupants requires an additional charge to cover utilities. Monthy $ cleaning fee applicable. Approximately $ utilities per month. Additional fee for pets. Room rental agreement required. May negotiate on price if the match is right.
