Room Available – Mount Wellington Townhouse!

Hey everyone!
We’ve got a sunny room up for grabs in our cute Mount Wellington townhouse. Sadly, our lovely flatmate Amber is heading up north to chase new adventures, so we’re on the hunt for someone awesome to join our wee flat family!

🏠The Deets:

- Rent: two hundred & twenty dollars per week + bills
- Bills: Around one hundred a month,
give or take, depending on how long your showers are!😂)
- Location: Right on the Ellerslie-Panmure Highway near Barrack Road – bus stop outside the door and a short stroll to the train station
- Super central: Easy commute to both the city and south Auckland

👯‍♀️About Us:
You’ll be living with year-old gals – I’m a final-year midwifery student (so yes, I have some crazy stories), and Bella’s a student teacher (with just as many kid stories). We’re chill, tidy, and a good mix of social and introverted. We enjoy the occasional gig and host but super flexible. We spend most evenings doing wine and movie nights, walks up Mount Wellington, and quiet evenings doing our own thing.

🐱Bonus: We have an indoor cat! Her name’s Rusty and she’s an absolute doll. Her own catio is in the works

🚪The Flat:
A cosy two-storey townhouse with one bathroom (but two toilets – game changer). The place gets great afternoon sun and has a laid-back, peaceful vibe.

🛌The Room:
- Brightest room
- The best view (spy on the neighbours or just contemplate life)
- Loads of storage
- Most quiet room in the house
- Unfurnished

💁‍♀️About You:
We’re ideally looking for a tidy, friendly female in her twenties who likes cats and doesn’t mind the occasional group binge-watch of trashy TV or good catch-ups. You’ll need to be okay with a property manager background check.

- Move-in date:
Anytime between now and end of June when we re-sign the lease.
