Beautiful hiking trails everywhere in the neighborhood. Gym, restaurants, grocery store & pharmacies in the neighborhood “downtown” area. Golf course community. Huge neighborhood pool, tennis & pickleball courts. Driveway parking always available.i am very cannabis-friendly but not tobacco friendly. Thank you 😊
