Two rooms in a large home are available in South Natomas - beginning June . There is already a cat in the home, so any other pet will be accepted on a case-by-case basis

Room 1 (large bedroom):
- cost: $ / month + utilities ($/month flat rate year-round). This includes a cleaner that comes bimonthly, lawn care, and common household supplies (toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap).
- Size: ft hardwood with an extra ft space perfect for home office. It also has one large closet (refer to picture of room).
- Does NOT come furnished.
- The person living in this room will share a bathroom with 2 other people.

Room 2:
- cost: $ / month + utilities ($/month flat rate year-round). This includes a cleaner that comes once a month, lawn care, and common household supplies (toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap).
- Size: ft hardwood with one large closet (refer to picture of room).
- Does NOT come furnished.
- The person living in this room will share a bathroom with 2 other people.
