Hi, my name is Baird and I have one bedroom available in my North Coventry 4BR home located mi west of KOP, local to Pottstown, Montco, and Ursinus College. Close to US. I am the homeowner and will be one of your roommates occasionally.

The furnished room with closet, ceiling fan, and shared bathroom is currently available starting $ per month all in, which includes parking space, all utilities and fast Internet.

The house is fully furnished, available to use, including kitchen, living, dining, and family room. Must be kept tidy and clean. Heat & Central Air strictly regulated. Home security includes outdoor and indoor common 1st floor rooms.

Visitors are welcome, anytime, of course, but please no permanent guests or live in partners and no guests home by themselves if you aren’t.

No pets allowed. No smoking.
