Looking for roommate for Baker home

Description

Hi all! I am looking for someone to move into my house in Baker after May 1st since my roommate is moving in with her partner! Looking for a respectful, open/honest, clean roommate. Rent is $ (if they raise it when we sign the new lease it would probably be $) with a $ security deposit. Landlord will request a background/credit check before you move in. Internet is $ and gas/electric ranges from $ depending on the month.

The space: Upstairs half of a duplex and the super nice landlord lives in the lower half. Huge backyard, two parking spaces in the alley (one is for me), washer and dryer, tons of windows and basically all furnished by me already.

The room: ” (side wall to window) x ” (back wall to closet) with a large closet. We have one large and one small closet in the space if you need more storage space. You’d have your own bathroom but it is not connected to the room.

A little about me: I work a full time office job (work from home on Mondays and Fridays) and go out or have a few friends over a couple times a month. Otherwise I’m a home body if I am not at my boyfriend’s place. I have an older pup but she unfortunately does not get along with other animals so no other pets, please. I like to read, binge-watch things, go to a couple shows here and there, and soak up sunshine in the backyard when I can.
