The townhouse features beautiful interiors with high ceilings. Fridge, microwave, oven, gas stove top, washer, dryer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, forced air (heating and cooling) are all included. This is for a private bedroom that has high ceilings in the room and you will have your own private bathroom attached. Please find attached model home pictures for an idea of the room and home. Rooms will be unfurnished.

- monthly rent due in advance the 1st of every month
- monthly utilities (PG&E, water, high-speed internet)

Move-in logistics:
- First month rent + security deposit
- Income verification required, please have last two pay stubs or offer letter handy
- Term: month-to-month (Please let us know a month in advance when moving)
