Heyyyy! My partner and I live in a 2 bedroom house ( within walking distance to campus) and we’re looking for someone interested in renting out a room.

Here are some details about the room / house:

Rent: $ (flat rate. No additional fees.)

Rest of the house is ✨nicely✨ furnished. All you would need is furniture fort your room.

Free parking that is covered!

On washer and dryer!

Decently large backyard!

Dish washer and garbage disposal!

Heating AND air conditioning!

A little tid bit about my partner and i- this is my last semester at sjsu and she graduated last fall. Though she has graduated and about to graduate, we are both still hoping to stay in the area. We were both collegiate athletes (she played soccer at sjsu and i swam at usc) and are pretty active still. We also have 2 cats. Oliver (orange cat) stays outside majority of the time and Roy (tuxedo cat) is still a baby and only stays inside.  a studio art major (hence the nicely decorated house) and some of my hobbies include crafts and gardening. My partner coaches soccer and has a lot of fun cooking and building legos.

We’re looking for someone to move in asap!!! We’ve already paid for this month so i guess you couldd say rest of the month is free. Also no security deposit!
