Hey everyone, thanks for checking out my post! I'm a student at Santa Monica College and the quarterback of the football team, looking for a neat, tidy, and low-maintenance roommate to rent a private room in my house, just two blocks from SMC.

About the Apartment & Room
3-bedroom house with me as a roommate and possibly another(TBD)
Available April 1st
Private room, furnished with a new bed frame and mattress
Street parking & onsite laundry(brand new LG)
Full rack weight room installed less than a year ago
projector/screening room
Utilities included (water, gas, electric, WiFi)
Located walking distance to SMC, Layla's bagels, Bobs market and less than a mile from beach.

Month-to-month rent(short or long term)
Roommate agreement required (basic courtesy rules)
