Rent: $ a month

No deposit or anything needed to move in.

Utilities total usually around $ a month depending how much usuage

I have wifi and cable I’ll discuss if you decide to move in

The lease is 1 year contract

Few things you must be ok with dogs i have a wild texas heeler named willie nelson and sometimes i board a dog or two off my rover buisness profile.

Must be friendly!

If you have a dog ill consider depending on if willie likes him too

I prefer anybody or below. Someone neat and will vibe with me! I’m a really chill dude who enjoys to hike a lot in the summer with my dog.
