Roommate wanted downtown house

Hi I have a room for rent downtown thats $ a month. I’m just testing the waters to see who’s out there. I’d prefer girls, gays, and theys. My stipulation is that when I’m on the river for work my roommate can take care of my three dogs. They’re generally easy to take care of just need to be let outside in the yard and fed twice a day. I would hope that you enjoy dogs and want to be around them since they are super friendly. That’s being said i can’t have more pets in the house. No couples please. /drink friendly, clean, cool, mature. Currently i’d like someone till the end of river season (october) a If you are a good fit we can talk about you staying longer. *the photo of the room is my room but the rooms are identical* bills are not included and are usually $ per person. Depends the season. I work from home when not on the river so I’m around a lot
