Lease Takeover! As housing gets
worse at UNG, I’ve decided to move out of Bellamy and allow someone else more in need of an apartment to take over!

I am looking for someone to takeover my lease for a room at Bellamy. Lease would start in May and run through the school year!

- washers and dryers included in the suite!
- All female
- May 1st start
- 3 bedroom x 3 bath layout
- Access to hour gym
- Access to Bellamy clubhouse and pool
- Rent $ a month
- utilities in this style normally around $ a month
- pets are allowed!

If you sign the lease by march 1, I will give an extra allowance equal to 3 months of utilities in the amount of $ maximum!
