Living Room space for Rent

Description

Space can be fully closed off without required pass through. You have your own entrance to the patio, as do I. The space is carpeted with direct entry to kitchen, and immediate bathroom access. Walls are white/very light blue. Door and patio overlook a grassy park area. Lots of beautiful trees, and free parking available. (No photos, though a video tour is available upon request. *But apologies for the obnoxious talking, I was speaking to the tour guide.*)
I respect any religious or political views, so long as you respect mine. Friendship not required, but desired; all I ask for is a cordial relationship.
I keep my mess enclosed in my space, but do have plants that will likely be on the patio. I am a bit of a hippie, and my bf comes over irregularly.
Rent will be % of the total since it isn't a full room. Utilities will be split , and any additional fees (pets, reserved parking, etc.) will only be covered by the person that owns them.
