I am looking to re-let/sublet my current apartment

Re-Let option: Starting from 1st of April

You could take over the lease for this apartment. If you decide to move in, we’d sign a new lease just between you and the landlord. Once that’s done, my lease would be completely terminated. It would basically be like you’re starting fresh with a new lease. There is a $ move in fee with this option.

Sublet: 2 months starting from 1st of April till

You’d be taking over the apartment temporarily and pay me the rent amount, but I’d still be responsible for the lease. You can start a new lease from 1st of June by applying with the management.
