Looking for a full -time employed (no work from home), easy-going, quiet (no cooking between am), and clean background roommate to rent a bedroom in my house in East Plano. utilities included: Electric, water, gas wi-fi, Share bathroom with one male, Furnished room, Wifi connection. You will have access to washer/dryer and kitchen with cabinet storage, oven, microwave and refrigerator. I have a Pit Bull in my house. No smoker (smoking outside is fine), No drug use, No animals/pets, No criminal records, No visitor at all. security deposit (refundable) required and non-refundable background check fee. This rate is for one year lease , 6 months lease will be little higher rate.
