Seeking Roommates Starting June

Hi there!

I’m looking for housing starting around June and would love to connect with others to share a place with.

I have a friendly dog who’s well-behaved and part of the package, so I’m hoping to find a pet-friendly space. I’m responsible, easygoing, and committed to my share of rent and utilities. I’m female at birth, LGBTQ+ friendly, and value living in a supportive and inclusive environment. I do not smoke, and prefer a non-smoking household.

Some of my hobbies are cozy gaming, art, crochet, dog training, going on walks and cooking. I would love to have some sort of similar interest just so we could do something together occasionally (not required.)

A few of my rules include knocking before entering bedrooms, clean up after yourself (I try to make sure dishes are done after eating for example), wearing masks in public spaces when sick, let me know before inviting people over, weekly roommate meetings and leaving notes on important things you wish to keep (food, personal items, etc.) Those are a few important rules I think we should implement; however, we can always discuss more later.

I'm a firm believer in sitting down and talking things through, so If I ever mess up, let's sit down and talk for a bit; however, I expect the same from you. I would also value it if there are more than 2 people in the house that we all have a group chat with so we can share with each other easily.

I'm willing to move anywhere within a -mile radius of Fresno/Visalia.
