Bed and bathroom for rent.

Description

$ rent/utilities/internet included (as long as person isn't using more utilities than usual otherwise will be charged additionally for difference) I don't smoke cigarettes, but don't mind if you do as long as it's outside and you keep the butts in an ashtray. I do smoke pot inside.

Apartment building, top floor so no one is above me making noise but it is a pain going up 2 flights of stairs. Renter has there own bed and bathroom on opposite side of apartment, covered back porch, washer and dryer in unit, complex also has a boat ramp and dock, as well as pool (nothing fancy).

I work early so I'd rather not have anyone up all night making noise, pretty chill and quiet, just need someone reliable and clean. Moved in a few months ago and haven't gotten around to getting much living room furniture yet. Also the room is currently housing my tools and will be removed upon move in.
