I am looking for somebody to take over my lease as soon as possible! I live with 3 other tidy, considerate, and kind college-aged girls who pull their own weight around the house and who I love and adore so much! We live in a duplex right behind the College Park Center, which is very convenient because it’s walking distance to almost everywhere on campus! (I didn’t even get a parking pass the last couple years!) It is two stories and the other half of the duplex is shared by men’s golf, there is a covered parking space in the garage and an extra storage closet in the closet for extra space!

-Private bedroom with attached private bathroom on the second floor
-Rent $ a month + roughly $ extra in utilities
-Lease is up at the beginning of August!
-December rent is PAID
-Covered parking spot in the garage
-Extra storage closet and biggest room in the house
-Amazing landlord! So kind and helpful and takes all payments through venmo which makes it super easy:)
-Washer and dryer included!
-Off campus house which means not dealing with apartment people or letting people in at the garage bc they don’t have a key fob!
-Fully furnished but the bedroom/ bathroom space
-Lovely backyard with a fire pit and grill which makes it a great area to hangout! (we put fairy lights to make it all cute!)
-City of Arlington takes care of trash for you every tuesday night!
-Located in the walkable part of Arlington (short walk to insomnia, arlington square, and campus)
-Friendly neighbors!
-No pet household, but pets are welcome:)
