Each individual room is rented separately and you will be sharing each bathroom with one other person. Kitchen appliances include: Fridge, Electric Stove, Oven, Air Fryer, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Cabinetry. Single shower/bath is shared to all four individuals. Tobacco smokers forbidden, but vaping is permitted. Pets are forbidden.

The rent includes all utilities: wifi, heating/ac, cleaning supplies, paper products (aka toilet paper and paper towels). The property manager resides in the basement bedroom, and is required to be attentive to household duties.

There is an Ashley sectional couch in the primary common area. The property manager is planning a second common area in the basement. Suggestions are welcome: ping pong, gaming center, study area, and gym area are currently being considered.

We will require a security deposit of $, a background check, and a credit check. There is a $ application fee that covers the background check expense. Background check will require you to have a clean criminal background as well as no prior evictions (NO exceptions)

The lease term is for months. Shorter lease terms may be available at an additional cost.
