CLEAN ROOM IN CLEAN HOUSE 🏠

Are you a CLEAN, privacy respecting, responsible creative or professional with stable income?? I might have a room for you if so :) The room is unfurnished. It has a decent sized closet, carpet and a ceiling fan with a light. You will have full use of the kitchen and laundry machines. There is off street parking for one vehicle and a nice yard. Some supplemental storage may be available. Rent needs to be paid on the 1st, no exceptions. Cleanliness is a must. If you do NOT
appreciate cleanliness and organization in the common areas you are not a fit. Sorry! Nothing against messy people… it just won’t work here :) The house has 3 bedrooms and the third room is kept open for guests. Out of town guests are free to visit up to one week. NO PETS… sorry. NO ALCOHOL… at the house. It’s fine if you drink occasionally, just can’t keep alcohol here :) Overnight guests are ok, but not frequently. Details about that can be discussed.
