Looking to move march/april

Description

I am a forty year-old female with a little rat terrier and a crested gecko. I don’t smoke nor do I really drink. I’m clean and always try to clean up after myself and my dog.
For the most part, I’m a pretty quiet roommate.

Can’t afford to pay mailbox, so just in case, my e mail is kajibumail at g mail.

My dog barks when people come in the house if they are new ish, or if he sees people walking by the house. When I’m not home, he will be in my room.
I’m allergic to cats.

About months ago I got divorced, so now I’m on my own. I’ve been living with friends, and while they’re awesome. They don’t wanna grow old with me lol. Understandable.

I am starting to get myself back into dating, pay off the credit debt I was left with, and work a lot more than I was used to.

I will start online classes this coming summer as well. Have three classes left to get my bachelor’s degree. I just need to get caught up and maybe become a teacher.

I just want a safe place to live while I work on myself and just live. Will need Internet, washer and dryer, and room to put my stuff in.
