Room is fully furnished with a twin size bed, comforter, pillow, desk, chair, big TV with Netflix and Disney plus and a fridge.
Available for immediate move in.

We prefer male who is working full time and or going to school.
Absolutely no smoking, vaping or drugs.
No pets or couples.

We value peace and quiet and therefore we have quiet hours everyday to ensure everyone can fully rest at night. We also don’t allow visitors or guests.

Deposit: one month rent.
Utilities: included :gas, electric, water, trash and internet. If WFH will have an additional surge charge - to be discussed later.

We have plenty of parking spaces. Can easily park 8 cars on the driveway.
