I'm offering a windowless bedroom on the 3rd floor of U-Square West to WOMEN ONLY ASAP. The room has air conditioning & heat, plenty of outlets, and a nice closet. It's a shared apartment with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, in unit laundry, a balcony, dishwasher. It's also right across the street from the MSU campus and located above many different food options. Parking will be in the Brown Lot . There is a sublet fee of $ that you'll have to pay as well as $ for rent, $ for water, and a fluctuating price for Xcel Energy (typically around $/month). The common spaces of the apartment are furnished, so you'll only really need to bring stuff for your bedroom!
