Room For Rent

Description

This is a townhouse with only one neighbor.

Looking to fill this room before January 1st.

This is a fairly quite household, I have 2 mellow cats, and 1 golden retriever thats yrs.

I keep this place very clean and tidy.

We would be splitting all bills unless it is a couple, it would for each of us.

The typical utilities here are roughly $ total for gas, internet, and power, water is payed for.

It is a really safe area. You would basically be right in town, its less than a 5 min drive to any store in the surrounding area.

You would have your own private vanity with a shared full bathroom upstairs, and a half bath down stairs.

This is an end unit so we would be sharing a wall with only 1 neighbor.

This lease is technically a month to month lease, however I would ideally want someone to be in here for a minimum of 6 months.

No pets.
