Looking for a MALE roommate to rent one private room in a Bath
Apartment located in Westlight Apartments. You will be sharing bathroom with one other person. The lease term is flexible, but preferably until September . No pet allowed, nonsmoker is preferred (or smoke outside only). Parking is included. Deposit is required. Amenities: dishwasher, washer/dryer, community pool, gym.

The location is next to Publix, UPS, CVS, MARTA Bus Stops. Very close to wellness center, dental office, and restaurants.

Preference:
- A person who has a job that requires to work in the office (or hybrid) with regular schedule, or a student with regular hours going to the university

- comfortable with room temperature of degrees (the place is relatively newly renovated, so the AC works efficiently, with that temperature I think it should already be comfortable)

- clean after yourself, we're making the place comfortable for each other
