Looking for roomate by February

I'm looking to have a roomate picked out and ready to move in by March but would like to have things set in stone by February. Rent is plus all utilities split so average cost is around maybe more during the summer months with electricity. Big backyard all wood flooring in the house.

I usually quite at night and during the work week, I do make music and am a dj but I don't play music into the night. The house is not a party house.

I have a dog she's small doesn't make messes and is very well trained.

Looking for someone responsible, clean, kind, enjoys music and doesn't mind animals.
