Greenpoint studio sublet

Description

Hi all, I’m looking to leave the city either permanently or find a temporary sublet for the winter months. Open to either lease takeover or temporary sublet, I work remote so it doesn’t matter how long, I don’t need to be in nyc.
My studio is in greenpoint close to the G and 7 trains. It’s got large windows overlooking Manhattan and the Williamsburg bridge, beautiful! It also has gym, lounges, sauna, and pool. It’s about $ per month but am flexible on pricing. Let me know if anyone’s interested, thanks.
