Hello! I have ‏4 bedroom house , this home is conveniently located close to the freeway and a short drive to Mercy San Juan Medical Center, American River College and the Aerospace Museum of CA. Facing North East, this 4 bedroom home has been completely remodeled! Brand new exterior paint accentuates and I have two rooms for rent. The rent for each room will be $ and another room per month and uncovered parking ). There is a $ deposit due at move in and the lease is for minimum three month. The room is available now.

The bedroom available is very spacious. There is enough space for a queen sized bed, dresser, The closet is also very big. This room is for a single occupancy only. I am sorry but not for families or couples. The bathroom will be shared with another roommate.

The room is very clean and unfinished I have a washer and dryer, all major appliances, I work really hard to keep the house clean and you should keep the shared areas clean.

About me: me and my husband both are working outside(no child). I love healthy lifestyle. I am looking for a roommate who is clean and who works outside of the home. No smoking, drinking, or parties and no animals.
