Hello! I'm looking to sublet my bedroom in a bath unit on Ward Street (women only) as I will be moving out for the spring and summer semesters. Management has approved this sublease. The sublease runs from December/January (negotiable) through the end of July, with possibility to renew with a roommate of your choice.
The available room has a window, closet, ceiling light, heat radiator, various outlets, and carpeted floors. It is spacious enough to fit a full-sized bed, dresser, and desk comfortably. The second bedroom is occupied by a roommate (twenty one, female).
Rent includes water, gas, and heating. Wifi and electric separate.
