Hi All! My name is Ruby and my roommate, Kaila Caffey, and I are looking for a 3rd person for our apartment in Mar Vista. We are both social people, but also like our own peace and quiet. We're looking for someone who is clean, respectful of shared spaces, communicative, and socially conscious with shared values.
MOVE IN IS DEC 1ST - so looking for someone ASAP
We have:
AC units
Little deck
washer/dryer in building
dishwasher
private bathrooms
two parking spots that we rotate between the 3 of us
lots of nearby parking
rent total is split evenly between the 3 of us (plus utilities)
Blurbs about us:
Kaila: I work with high school students at a nonprofit. In my spare time I enjoy reading at the beach, taking pottery classes, spending time with my family, and occasional very low stakes hike!
Ruby: I work at a creative agency making trailers and social campaigns for film and television. In my spare time I like to read, watch movies, have game nights with friends, and do pilates / play volleyball / be active somehow.
The room will be unfurnished upon move in.
