Looking for Roommate -Can Unfurnish

I have a room for rent in an apartment 2nd floor. ***Can be unfurnished. Your bathroom would basically be private-only used by you mostly but it is across the hall from your bedroom. If guests come over I will most likely just have them use my bathroom. The room will have a bed and dresser. But don’t let that keep you from reaching out if you need unfurnished! ***I don’t move in until December. All of these pics either show the empty space or the model with furniture. Utilities are an estimate at the moment Great amenities, beautiful view, very quiet and safe area.
