• No smoking or illegal drugs in the room or house.
• Respectful and considerate behavior towards roommates is essential.

• Private bathroom with bathtub/shower.
• Access to washer and dryer (when available).
• Access to kitchen for light cooking (personal use only).
• Parking available (one car in driveway or on the street).

Additional Information:
• Retirees, veterans, and working individuals are welcome.
• Month-to-month tenancy, with one-month advance notice required to vacate the room. I will also provide one month’s notice if I ask you to leave.
