Hi everyone!

I’m looking for someone to take over my spot in this lovely apartment centrally located in midtown Manhattan! I’m very sad to leave but I’ve found a living arrangement that better suits my needs at the moment. Please read through all the details below:

**IMPORTANT NOTE: I’m moving out by November th. If you’re able to move-in between November th and December 1st, I can sublease the room to you at a prorated rent until you’re officially on the lease starting December 1st!**

About the Room:
Spacious closet, overhead storage space as well

Lot’s of natural sunlight
Can fit a full bed/dresser/bedside table (twin bed might be better if you want to fit a desk like in my current setup)
Installed shelves already in the room! Passing along for free
Open to selling my twin bed frame, fabric dresser, and window AC unit at a reduced cost! (Possibly more too)

In-unit washer & dryer

Prime location in Hell’s Kitchen 9th Ave. Fairly short walk to nearby train lines (E/C/N/W). Lots of restaurants and bars nearby

You’ll be living with 2 other girls in their mid-’s! One works fully in office in marketing, the other works hybrid in HR. They’re both super clean, considerate, and overall fabulous roommates! No pets allowed unfortunately.
