Hey ladies!

I will be renting 1 room in a brand new 2 bedroom unit w/ full size washer/dryer on the 3rd floor (yes there’s an elevator lol). Private room with a private full bathroom and full walk-in closet. Room is unfurnished.

Move-in is flexible between mid Nov - Dec first (rent would be pro-rated based on move in date)

•Rent listed is based on single occupancy, if there are 2 of you the rent would change. •Internet is thirty pp •Water & Electric are not included in the rent they are billed based on usage. •Parking is free and open (unless you want a reserved spot then there's a fee )

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND/CREDIT CHECK & SIGN LEASE.

-No children -Open to 1 house trained fully vaccinated cat but no other animals sorry as I may be bringing mine soon. (Pet fee & pet rent) -Non-smokers preferred (property is smoke free). -No other illegal drugs/substances allowed in the home either.

High preference for other BIPOC & LGBT+ identifying and/or friendly/ally individuals but open to all women.

Looking for someone quiet/chill, friendly, neat/clean drama free and respectful who doesn’t mind a nice vibe every now & then. Preferably someone who doesn’t keep a lot of company but also doesn’t mind intimate gatherings like movie/game nights occasionally, has a stable income & great energy.
