Washington Heights room ready

Description

Trans male looking for a roommate. Apartment is located in Washington Heights. A/ blocks away. Short walk to park, George Washington Bridge, restaurants, grocery store. Laundry located in building. Apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has an elevator. I have 5 hairless cats and shared custody of 2 dogs (cane corso and min pin mix). I clean the living room/kitchen daily since I have animals. I just ask if you make a mess to clean up after yourself. I’m a very laid back person, easy going, and very clean. I work pm, but am a quiet person in the am and sleep heavy. Pictures are not current. Living room has been painted green and is furnished, but pictures will hopefully help with size reference.
