HOUSE: The house is very big full furnished. has 4 bedrooms and 4 restrooms, living rooms front and back yard, bbq area, jacuzzi and terrace at the second floor and a big kitchen with everything you need to cook. LOCATION: The house has a prime location, near to 4 groceries shop, pharmacy, 5 min from Lincoln road mall, restaurants, gym, Yaga studios, all by mins walking, golf camp and marina sunset harbor. SERVICES: We have a cleaning service once per week on Wednesday, landscape, Jacuzzi clean weekly and pest control once a month. BILLS: All the bills are included with the rent, the bills included is Water, light, gas, internet, landscape, jacuzzi clean, pest control and cleaning service. STAY: I only rent the room for 6 months minimum, if you leave before 6 month it will considere short term and you will not get your deposit back. House vibe: We are very friendly and we love have friends over sometimes for dinners and celebrate the life. We all love music and music can't not be a problem for who wants to live in this beautiful place, we are very clean and organized. You will need to follow some rules to keep the house clean like take the trash out and keep the kitchen counter free of dirty dishes.BEDROOM: Its a beautiful bedroom at the second floor with a bathroom.The house is organized, cheerful and drama free. We are great hostesses and love to have friends over for dinner and branch occasionally. I'm looking for young and happy girls to share this amazing house with a garden and plenty of space.
