Hello, we are looking for a friendly, kind, and responsible housemate. Both long term and short term are available. No pets allowed. 2 blocks from John McLaren Park. Easy access to City College, SFSU, BART, and downtown by bus. 2 minutes to freeways. A single family house. On 2nd floor, kitchen, living/dining rooms, bathroom, 2 rooms (yours is the master) On room, washer&dryer, garage (garage is not available). In backyard, there is a brick patio with grass lawn. Very welcoming. The kitchen includes a new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. Utilities are shared between housemates (currently 3), which includes water, electric, Recology, monthly maid service. House vibe is welcoming, open minded roommates, no drama, quiet, comfortable home. We respect each other’s privacy and enjoy times together as well. Ideal home for a serious student or professional. Our home is a place to relax, find sanctuary, and enjoy friends. Although we have hosted Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner gatherings, but we are not a party house. It’s a place you will be comfortable hosting a friend, your special someone or your stuffy boss.
