Short-Term Christmas Lease in Erskineville + Dog Sitting Opportunity.

We're heading back to the UK over Christmas and are looking for a responsible couple (or 2 friends who are girls) for a short-term rental from th December to th January ( days). We’re offering substantially discounted rent in exchange for caring for our beautiful dog, Keira.

Ideal tenants will have experience with larger dogs—Keira is house-trained, well-behaved, and has no separation anxiety, so you’ll still be able to enjoy any social plans. She just needs to be fed and walked twice a day. Because we rescued her this year, we prefer to keep her in her familiar environment, so we're looking for dog lovers who can commit to her care.

You’ll be staying in our spare room as we’ll be locking the master bedroom for the duration of your stay. The property is a two-story townhouse and includes a dedicated office space, air conditioning, underground parking, and access to full Irish and British TV channels with Netflix, Prime, Disney, Stan ETC.

There’s also 1 bathroom with a double sink and bath. We’ll cover all costs for Keira's food, etc.

Our -bathroom townhouse is located in Erskineville, just a 5-minute walk to both Erskineville and Macdonaldtown stations, with plenty of local bars, cafes, and a great community vibe.

Rent: $ AUD for per night). Christmas in Sydney can be pricey, so this is a great deal for the right dog-loving couple!
