Hey everyone! I’m looking to sublease my room (in an all female unit) and a shared assigned underground parking spot. Total of $/ month. Looking
for someone who would like to take over the lease at the beginning of January, through July .


The apartment has a full kitchen with stainless steal appliances (fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dish washer). The main area also comes fully furnished with a dining room table, 4 chairs, coffee table, sofa, love seat, side table, the table under the TV, the TV, and a trash can. The provided trash can is for their trash service that they provide which is $ a month.
There's in-unit washer and dryer as well. The room that I am subleasing has a private bathroom and is fully furnished with a bed, desk, desk chair, and -drawer dressers (I have them under my bed.)

The location of the place is near the Auraria Campus, home of CU Denver, MSU, and CCD as well as the Colfax at Auraria rail station.
While I am just subletting my room specifically, if you have a friend you are wanting to move with, my roommate is also subletting her room in our apartment and I can share that information with you as well.
