Philly Room with Private Full Bath

Description

We are looking for a roommate in our home near Oxford and American Streets in Philadelphia. Rent will include a fixed utility fee that covers gas, water, electric, internet, and household cleaning supplies like trash bags, dish soap, kitchen cleaner, etc.

The house is a renovated old construction rowhome that was completely red years ago. The common areas include a living room with 2 couches and a television and a kitchen with all appliances or newer. There is also a back patio with deck furniture and a basement that can be used for storage.

The neighborhood is fantastic. Numerous breweries, coffee shops, bars and restaurants are accessible just minutes walk from the front door.

We also have great access to public transportation with a septa bus a half a block away, the Girard ave Market Frankford Line stop ten min walk, and numerous other buses closeby.

The house will be shared by one male in their twenties and one female also in their twenties. They work hybrid schedules and tend to keep to themselves.
