Looking for a young-professional who's low-key and appreciates minimal quiet living. The space is meant to be a low stimulation, recharging space. If you're super clean we will most likely get along!

The 2nd floor room has a deep closet, private entrance. The room available is on the cozy size but it fits a queen size bed with room for shelving or dresser. Several ways to organize it to maximize the space. The room has its own entrance/exit that leads out onto the second floor walkway facing the courtyard. Spacious closet and I have some extra storage options around the house for smaller things! Shared master bathroom for showering, but there's a half bathroom downstairs that can be yours!

Its located in the heart of Hollywood. Walking distance from the hustle and bustle but located on a quiet street in a very quiet Spanish styled building facing a beautiful courtyard. DREAM ROOMMATE (I know its hard to have it all but I figured I'd describe my optimal match to give you an idea) - Someone EXTREMELY clean, who cares about things being organized, clean and zen. Someone who understands common areas are common areas and their room is their personal space. Someone who likes home to be a haven, quiet, clean and a place to relax, not having tons of people over, or coming home partied-out. I'd love someone who has a routine schedule, focused on their work, easy going and laid back. The house is furnished (I work in interior design) so someone who is fine with not moving in a ton of stuff.
