Hello! My fiancé (MTF trans-fluid, ) and I (she/her, ) are looking to fill the room of our friend moving out. Currently rent, electricity and internet is about $foúrtyfíve a month with electricity not normally reaching over $onéhundrédfífty/each but mostly $síxty/each. Rent goes up by $fífty in February so it would be $eíghthúndrédfóurtyéight/ea at that point. We have 2 cats so we can't take any more pets. It's an upstairs unit with an in-unit washer and dryer, open ended kitchen, and relatively open floorplan until the back hall. It's in a bit of disarray due to moving in recently but we're working on it. You would need to apply for $fíftyfíve to get added to the lease.
