There is a washer/dryer in the unit and plenty of parking on the residential streets (Not at all like Hollywood where parking is a nightmare). The house is fully furnished but please note, that the room itself is unfurnished. There is also a separate guest house in the back where there is also a tenant - so a total of three tenants in the house and one more in the separate back house. ABOUT THE ROOMThe room has a large closet and two windows. You will be sharing a bathroom with another roommate (he is very clean and respectful). Please note the room will not be furnished. There is a 1-year minimum lease, which will then roll over to month-to-month.LOCATIONThe house is located 1 block from the popular York Blvd where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and nightlife. There is a supermarket called Super A, a 2 min walk away. There is also a Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, Target and Vons about a 5 min drive away. We are also 5 mins from Figueroa St and Colorado Blvd where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, etc. CURRENT ROOMMATES:The two roommates in the house are in their early-mid F). They all work full-time. A must for any new addition is that they are drama-free, reliable with bills, and respectful of communal spaces as we have a very harmonious environment in the house. PETS:There is a lb dog in the house so you must be dog-friendly. She is very well-behaved, sweet, and trained. Unfortunately, we cannot have any additional pets.

Utilities usually are about each for two people, but can fluctuate depending on use of the AC/heater. Lease is month to month and 1 months security deposit is required. The living room is spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need (a previous housemate actually went to culinary school and had everything they needed). The house is located on a busy street, but the room is situated on the backside of the house so the noise is very minimal. The house is ideally located by the entrance/exit to the ten, making commuting anywhere in LA relatively easy. There are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat (Leo’s Tacos, Menchitas, Tartine, Delicious Pizza), with a target/sprouts less than 5 minutes away by car, as well as a Ralph and, Smart & Final located by the Midtown Shopping Center 5 minutes away. There’s also two Trader Joes minutes away in two different directions. For fitness, there’s Cliffs of Id less than 3 minutes away, as well as a planet fitness 5 minutes away. No overnight guests without approval and no smoking on premises.
